If things go wrong

At Corner House Surgery we always try to offer an exceptional standard of care and service, but occasionally things may go wrong.  We take any complaint very seriously and have a system in place to resolve problems in a courteous and prompt manner.

Our complaints manager is Anita Hilton.  If you have a complaint that you wish to make any member of staff will listen to your complaint, take brief details and then pass them on to Anita.  If you wish to complain in writing please address your correspondence to Anita Hilton.

If a complaint is of a clinical nature it will normally be referred to the dentist concerned.
